The session was set for the 4th Annual Trucker’s Tangle Presented By Reigel Promotions E-Sports, and being the final event for the Sim-Season for TFG, we would see 19 competitors in the session and ready for battle. Practice would heavily focus on wearing in that inner lane, leaving the outside nearly un-touched, something that would drastically help the racing to be exciting later on!

Heat Race 1 would see Tyler Jackson and Jimbo Rooney leading the field to the green rag, and it would be a quick flag to flag race with some tight racing action near the rear in the opening laps. Jackson would hold onto the lead and solidify a pole position starting position for the A-Main.
Heat Race 2 is where the action boiled over pretty quick… Scott Marek and Tanner Blue would kick off the heat from the front row, and after some right side romance with the outside wall, Tanner Blue would end up on his lid down the backstretch on lap 3. Following the caution, Marek would keep the lead and clinch that all-too-valuable P2 start for the A-Main.

The field was then set and after a brief commercial break on the broadcast, and a 5 minute warm-up for all the drivers, it was time to cowboy up. The front row would see Tyler Jackson and Scott Marek leading the field with Jimbo Rooney, Jake Royea, Joseph Groom, Craig Gullixson, Donnie Watts, Ty Dickenson, Adam McAfee, Tyler Bickford, Jason Wooldridge Ii, AJ Hunsinger, Lon Franks, Thad Countryman, Nathaniel Valente, Jaleel Bennett, Mitch Maynard, Tanner Blue, and Matt Taylor staring down their back door. The flag dropped and 19 trucks would scream head first into an 18 lap stint where a careful Tyler Bickford would continue picking off trucks one by one and charging to the front while Marek and Jackson would keep things interesting at the front. A caution would occur and the action would simmer but not for long.
The restart would see a great start from Marek and Jackson, being at a dead heat to cross the line and start the next lap. A late caution would happen with just 5 laps to go, and the restart would explode like a firecracker! The top 3 would be elbows up with a “no-holds-barred” attitude, and in the final corner a repeat win for T-Jack would be an intense instance of Deja Vu with a little rubbin’ in the final corner against Tyler Bickford..
This concludes the 2025-2026 Sim-Season for Two Fat Guys Sim Racing Promotions, and we look forward to bringing some more action right to your desktop soon, watch out for some updates around September!
